Free cancellation up to 16 days before departure!
Since this is your (hard-earned) holiday, we want to be sure that when you click the 'book' button, you do so worry-free! That's why our Cancellation Option gives you more confidence and flexibility when reserving your trip.
Normally, you can add it at check-out for £49.90 and it guarantees you a full refund (100%) if you cancel your trip up to 16 days before your departure date. Until 31st December 2022, it is free of charge and is automatically included in your basket at no extra cost.
You can reserve your spot by paying only £200 of the total tour price, and pay the rest 30 days before departure. We'll send you an email to remind you to pay the remaining balance before you leave!
If you change your mind and choose not to travel, you can receive a full refund of your booking amount at no extra cost up to 16 days before departure. That's right, no deductions or charges if activated 16 days before departure.

What happens if you get COVID or restrictions change?
How much will it cost me to cancel a trip?
Nothing! You can change your mind up to 16 days before departure and if you no longer wish to travel we will refund the amount you paid at no extra cost.
How much will it cost me to change a booking?
Nothing! If done 16 days before departure for non-Covid reasons or within 16 days until departure for a Covid result preventing your departure! We want to give you complete flexibility when you book!
What happens if I get COVID before my trip?
If you get Covid before your trip, no worries! It happens. We will ask you to send us your positive certificate and you can choose to a) receive a code totalling the amount of your booking value to apply to a future purchase, b) switch to a future departure date for the same destination, or c) switch your departure to a new destination of the same value. It is all covered in our ‘Book with confidence’ policy.
If UK laws change and I can no longer leave, will I get a refund?
If legislation comes into force that prevents you from travelling abroad or accessing your destination, you will be reimbursed!
If my destination changes its rules and no longer allows tourists in, what happens to my booking?
Again, if legislation comes into force that prevents you from travelling abroad or accessing your destination, you will be reimbursed.
The validity of the "Book with Confidence" option is not retroactive, and will only apply to tours purchased between the dates indicated in the General Terms and Conditions. If you make a booking using a WeRoad gift card, voucher or coupon (hereinafter referred to as "the instrument" or "the instruments") that you already have, and you wish to use the "Book with Confidence" option, you will only be reimbursed for any additional amount paid and not included in these instruments. At the same time, the instrument used will be returned to you without any changes being made to the amount or expiry date shown on it prior to the booking being made.
