A tour of the Lake District is the ideal staycation for those who want to escape the buzz of everyday life and rediscover nature, in one of the most charming parts of England. Located in Cumbria, north-west England, the Lake District is famous for its breathtaking landscapes overlooking hills, lakes, and cute little villages. Poets and writers like Wordsworth, Coleridge and the more recent Beatrix Potter all found inspiration in the romantic beauty of this countryside. Now it’s your turn to explore and be inspired: this tour is just the getaway you were waiting for!
Be prepared for a five day tour packed with activities and adventure! We’ll hike and trek around the hidden corners of the hills, in search of the perfect viewpoint, and go kayaking, exploring the lakes. We’ll then get our adrenaline rush with a bit of Ghyll Scrambling and finally, we’ll chill in a local distillery for a well-deserved whisky tasting. Picture this: the green hills in front of you, the lakes reflecting the landscape like a mirror; the cottages with their thatched roofs and the beautiful English countryside. It’s the perfect fairytale, right on your doorstep!
